FreshCheck AI is an AI-powered food tracking application that helps users monitor food freshness, receive expiry reminders, and reduce household food waste. The service includes image recognition for food items, shelf-life predictions, meal suggestions, and consumption analytics.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as needed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FreshCheck AI only for its intended purpose of food tracking and waste reduction. You may not use the service to upload inappropriate content, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FreshCheck AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of FreshCheck AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers
FreshCheck AI provides expiry estimates and food safety suggestions powered by artificial intelligence. These are approximations and should not replace your own judgment. Always inspect food for signs of spoilage before consumption. We are not liable for any illness or loss resulting from reliance on our predictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshCheck AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
